Project Name: Zhejiang Guangtie Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd. 2023 General Materials Procurement Project

Main content: including but not limited to the supply, packaging, warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading, installation, commissioning, third-party measurement and testing, on-site acceptance, training, insurance, and after-sales service of required general materials. Please refer to the inquiry document 'Technical Standards and Requirements' for details.

Service period: 1 year from the effective date of signing the contract, and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the order notice of the inquirer.

2、 Qualifications and Requirements for Bidders

1. Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and possessing independent legal personality;

2. From January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing date), the bidder has a performance in supplying general materials (including at least one of the following four items: ① spare parts for facility and equipment maintenance, ② spare parts for tools and instruments, ③ spare parts for fuel and lubricants, and ④ spare parts for consumables). [Proof materials: A copy of the contract containing the supply list and any invoice stamped with the bidder's official seal. If the contract cannot reflect the above key information, a copy of the owner's proof must also be provided.]

3. This inquiry does not accept consortium bidding.

4. The bidder and its proposed project leader have no criminal record of bribery from January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline (based on the results found on the China Judgments Online);

5. The bidder has not been listed as a dishonest debtor (based on the results of the inquiry in Credit China).

(Both methods are acceptable)
