2. Result determination method - high price transaction. The evaluation team will initiate a quotation for the quotation documents submitted offline, compare the quotation documents that meet the requirements, and sort the total price (including tax, the same below) from high to low. The one with the highest total price will be ranked first. If there are two or more identical quotations at the highest price, the relevant bidders will conduct a second round of quotation, and the winning bidder will be recommended based on the highest unit price.

3. The quotation document includes:

3.1 Quotation document (format see Attachment 1);

3.2 Copy of business license stamped with official seal;

4. The bidder provides a quotation via email and sends the stamped electronic version of the quotation document to the designated address sj@gt-mtr.com .

5. The quotation is invalid if it falls under one of the following circumstances:

5.1 The quotation document must be filled in according to the format of the inquiry announcement, otherwise the quotation will be invalid.

5.2 The quotation must be stamped with the company seal and scanned in PDF format, otherwise the quotation will be invalid.

5 .  If the total price including tax is lower than the lower limit control total price, the quotation is invalid.

If the uploaded scanned copy is unclear and affects the evaluation, the quotation will be invalid.
